The Equality Act prohibits discrimination based on sex, gender identity and gender expression.
The Non-Discrimination Act forbids discrimination on the grounds of age, origin, nationality, language, religion, belief, opinion, political activity, trade unions, family relationships, health status, disability, sexual orientation, or other person-related causes.
